We started Core Essentials after our own pregnancy and postpartum experiences made us realize just how hard it can be to return to exercise after baby.
Despite our extensive training in anatomy, movement, and exercise, we found ourselves unprepared to deal with core and pelvic floor issues postpartum.
We sought further education in pelvic health as a means of fixing our own issues in the beginning, and now are passionate about spreading that to women everywhere.
