    Physical Therapist Postpartum Exercise Specialist

    Deena received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from South College. Prior to receiving her doctorate she was a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2013. Deena currently works part-time at Council Oak an outpatient physical therapy clinic for the Muscogee Nation. Deena gave birth to her son in August of 2021 and it was her own experience going through pregnancy and postpartum that inspired her to want to create a different experience for future moms. Deena and her husband are avid hikers and enjoy taking their son and 3 dogs camping.

    Physical Therapist Postpartum Exercise Specialist

    Michelle received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from South College.

    She is a mom of three, a military spouse, and has spent most of her career working with Active Duty service members and their families.

    Michelle enjoys CrossFit, hiking, skiing (+ all things outdoors) and traveling.
